Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Musikao for using musikao.com. By creating an account you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

The service

Musikao turns audio you upload into videos with animated visualizers, as full-length videos and as short clips. It's free while we build it, and we don't take payments. Free exports go up to 720p and carry a small musikao.com watermark.

Your account

• You must be at least 14 years old.
• Give accurate details and keep your email account secure: sign-in codes go there. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per account. Don't create accounts to get around limits.

Your content

You keep all rights to the audio and images you upload and to the videos you make. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you: upload, analyze, render and deliver your videos.

You promise you own or have the rights to everything you upload, including the music. Don't upload anything that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law. If a rights holder sends us a valid complaint, we may remove the content.

Fair use

• Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't get around plan limits, including the watermark on free exports.
• Don't use Musikao for anything illegal, hateful or abusive.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

Availability

We work to keep Musikao running and your files safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of files that matter to you. We may change or remove features. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice to download your videos.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Musikao at any time. Email support@musikao.com and we'll delete your account and everything in it.

Changes and law

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top. For changes that matter, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer in the EU, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
